1. Personal Data We Collect

When you register your interest on this website we collect:

your full name, business email address and phone number;
the type of organisation you represent (for example enterprise buyer or system integrator);
your consent choices and the date and time you submitted the form;
limited technical data used to protect the form from abuse: a one-way hashed form of your IP address and your browser type.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we also keep the messages you send us.

2. Why We Use It

To respond to your enquiry and discuss your infrastructure, software or supply requirement, by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Only if you ticked the optional box: to send you occasional updates about infrastructure and technology supply.
To keep a record of your consent and to protect this website from spam and misuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not make telemarketing calls or send marketing messages without your consent.

3. Consent and Withdrawal

By submitting the form with the required box ticked, you consent to the collection and use described above. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing our Data Protection Officer (section 9) or by replying “unsubscribe” to any update we send. We will stop using your data for the withdrawn purpose within a reasonable time, and will tell you if withdrawal affects our ability to assist you.

4. Who We Share It With

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you, under their standard data-protection terms:

Google (Google Sheets and Gmail) — to store registrations and send notification and confirmation emails;
Vodien — our website host in Singapore;
Cloudflare — only if spam protection (Turnstile) is enabled on the form.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law.

5. Transfers Outside Singapore

Google may store and process data on servers located outside Singapore. We rely on service providers that are bound by legally enforceable obligations to protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA. By submitting the form, you consent to this transfer.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep registration data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing business relationship or to meet legal requirements. After that we delete it.

7. How We Protect It

The website is served over HTTPS. Registration data is stored in access-restricted accounts, and form submissions are checked for abuse before they are stored. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

8. Cookies and Third-Party Links

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own host. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

9. Access, Correction and Questions

You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or ask questions about this policy. Please contact our Data Protection Officer:
